Dr. Jan Pawlicki, PhD, NBC-HWC

Dr. Jan Pawlicki is a highly accomplished scientist and National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach with deep expertise in pharmacology, molecular medicine, and integrative health. She earned her PhD in pharmacology and molecular medicine from Yale University and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Penn Medicine, focusing on biomarker development and drug research.
As Program Director of the Anti-Aging & Longevity Program at Aether Medicine, Dr. Pawlicki evaluates emerging therapies, including senolytics, senomorphics, small molecules, and peptides, to help patients optimize their healthspan. Her role includes overseeing outcome measurement, effectiveness of therapeutic interventions, N-of-1 Medicine, program implementation, and advancing evidence-based approaches to longevity medicine.
Dr. Pawlicki’s career includes leadership roles at INOVIO Pharmaceuticals, where she successfully led biomarker strategies for clinical trials, coordinated assay development, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. Her technical expertise spans molecular biology, flow cytometry, genetic editing, and next-generation sequencing.
In addition to her scientific work, Dr. Pawlicki is certified in behavior change techniques, somatic therapies, and Pain Reprocessing Therapy, blending cutting-edge science with personalized, patient-centered care. Her multidisciplinary background ensures that Aether Medicine remains at the forefront of longevity medicine, empowering patients to achieve resilience, vitality, and lasting wellness.
Krys Shaffer-Morris

Krys Shaffer-Morris brings a wealth of experience and passion to Aether Medicine as the Director of Revenue Management and Interim Office Manager. With a strong background in healthcare leadership, she has a proven track record of enhancing patient care and service quality. Previously, at Lehigh Valley Physician Group, Krys supervised call center staff, demonstrating her innovative approach to revenue management and commitment to healthcare excellence.
Known for effective decision-making and fostering a culture of efficiency, Krys is dedicated to developing processes that align with Aether Medicine’s mission to solve pain, improve performance, and promote healthy aging. Her leadership ensures that patients receive accurate information and high-quality service.
Personally, Krys is supported by her husband, John, and finds joy in their family, including a son, grandson, and her purebred Appaloosa, Sebastian. Her love for family and passion for healthcare mirrors her dedication to Aether Medicine’s vision.

Jessica Ashley Lind Rivera

Jessica Ashley Lind Rivera brings a wealth of experience and passion to her role at Aether Medicine. Born into a Christian family with Puerto Rican, French, and North American roots, Jessica’s upbringing was deeply influenced by values of community service and dedication. Her father, a respected pastor, left a lasting legacy of compassion and leadership, inspiring Jessica’s commitment to helping others.
Jessica’s professional journey has been marked by resilience and versatility. After caring for her father during his battle with cancer, she felt called to serve others in healthcare. She earned her certification as a medical assistant and gained experience across various medical fields, including aesthetic surgery, orthopedics, urgent care, and OB-GYN practices. Jessica’s hands-on expertise in both clinical and administrative roles equips her to provide exceptional care and support to patients.
At Aether Medicine, Jessica is proud to be part of a forward-thinking team led by Dr. Christian. She embraces the clinic’s mission to redefine healthcare through innovative approaches that prioritize healing, performance, and healthspan. Outside of work, Jessica is a proud mother of two daughters and wife to a talented chef turned crypto trader. Natalie Detweiler

Education:
Natalie is a current student at West Chester University. She is majoring in Cell and Molecular Biology with a minor in Nutrition. She recently has applied to Medical School to pursue her dream of becoming a Physician.
Bio:
Growing up with a father with chronic health issues, Natalie is motivated to provide compassionate care to all of our patients. Interning at Aether Medicine has allowed her to actively listen to patients and foster a patient-centered environment. She is dedicated to ensuring each patient’s comfort and understanding of their care. Dr. Christian has been a role model for her as she has observed his empathy and ability to ease unnecessary suffering in patients through an integrative approach. His leadership at Aether Medicine has created an excellent Team that is supportive and inspiring to work with. With a passion for health and wellness, Natalie wants all patients to have the opportunity to live their happiest and healthiest life.
Chad Forman
Medical Assistant
Chad is a graduate of West Chester University with a degree in psychology and a post-baccalaureate in pre-med as he pursues his goal of becoming a physician specializing in psychiatry. At Aether Medicine, Chad is gaining hands-on experience in integrative healthcare, focusing on the psychological connections to pain and holistic approaches to treating acute and chronic pain.
Under the mentorship of Dr. Christian, Chad is expanding his knowledge and preparing to enter medical school equipped with innovative strategies to address mental health and pain management. His dedication to understanding the mind-body connection aligns with Aether Medicine’s mission to provide cutting-edge, patient-centered care.
Outside of work, Chad enjoys playing guitar, staying active at the gym, and hiking with his dog, Charlie. He joined the Aether Medicine team as a medical assistant in the summer of 2024.
